When to push the button — a phase-by-phase guide for every stage of the game.

Basics

What is Rebirth?

Reset & Grow

Rebirth resets your coins and slime collection, but permanently raises your luck floor. Think of it as a prestige system — each cycle gets faster.

Luck Floor

Each rebirth adds +4% base luck (diminishing after R11). A player at R10 has a 40% luck advantage over a new player — before any buffs.

Endgame Gate

Some slimes only appear at high rebirth tiers. Voidcore requires R8 minimum. Solar Flare's best rate is at R12+. Rebirth is not optional for endgame.

Phase-by-Phase Guide

Early Game

R0 – R4

When: Every 500K coins — as soon as you hit the threshold.

Why: Early rebirths give the fastest luck floor growth. The first 4 rebirths each add +4% to your base luck, which compounds across all future gameplay.

Moves

Rush to 500K coins via Toxic Garden
Don't invest in recipes yet
Rebirth immediately — don't hoard
Target: hit R4 within first week

Mid Game

R5 – R11

When: Every 1.5–2M coins, depending on recipe stock.

Why: Luck floor growth slows after R4. This is where recipe crafting and legendary hunting take over as the main progression drivers.

Craft Aether Glaze before hunting sessions
Stack luck-boosting recipes
Start targeting legendaries
Build recipe material stockpile

Late Game

R12+

When: Every 3M+ coins — only with a clear target.

Why: Diminishing returns kick in hard. Each additional rebirth gives marginal luck gains. Only rebirth when you need the reset to chase a specific mythic.

Target mythics only (Voidcore, Solar Flare)
Max out Mythic Resin stock before rebirthing
Time rebirths with Eclipse windows
Min-max route rotations for efficiency

Pitfalls

Common Mistakes

Rebirthing too early

Below 500K coins, the luck floor gain doesn't offset the coin loss. Farm to at least 500K before your first rebirth — even if it feels slow.

Hoarding coins past the threshold

Every coin above the optimal rebirth threshold is wasted opportunity. Coins don't compound — luck floor does. Push the button when the calculator says so.

Ignoring recipe prep

Rebirthing without recipe materials means starting from scratch. Stockpile Aether Glaze, Bio-Slurry, and Mythic Resin ingredients before you reset.
